  • After your payment is completed, your credit card statement will be shown in the name "THAIEPAY".
  • iKohChang.com and iHotelThailand.com will not record any credit card data. Your credit card information is transmitted to the bank's data transmission system and is confidentiality guaranteed by Kasikorn Bank. Hence, guaranteeing no misuse of your credit card.

Cancellation, Amendment, Late Check-in, Early Check-out, & No-show

  • We do not charge you for all our services. You just pay for your chosen rooms.
  • If you are outside Thailand, you will have credit card transaction fee charged by Thai bank when you pay for your booking and Western Union fee when we refund you.
  • If you are in Thailand and have Thai bank account, there is no any charge.
  • If you cancel, amend, check-in late, check-out early, or no-show, you will be charged as the policies of each hotel.
  • Please email us at booking@ikohchang.com with your Booking ID.

 

Amendment

  • Any changes to your reservation (check-in date, check-out date, number of rooms, room type, or others) is subject to the hotel's availability when changes is requested.
  • Please email us at booking@ikohchang.com with your Booking ID 15 days prior to your check-in date.
  • If total amount is less than your payment, we will refund you.

 

Late Check-in, Early Check-out, & No-show

  • Most of hotels will not refund.
  • Some hotels may refund you or give you some offers. Please talk directly to the hotel during your stay.
  • If the hotel will refund you, please let the hotel call us at telephone number: 08 6530 0632.


Refund

In case of cancellation, amendment, or others we will refund you within 3-48 hours.

There are 4 ways of refund:

2. Refund via Western Union for outside Thailand Western Union (International Money Transfer)

3. Refund to your Thai bank account

4. Refund via Cardless ATM Service (Bank of Ayudhaya) everywhere in Thailand

  • 100% refund to your credit card
  • We will inform THAIEPAY - Thailand Payment Gateway THAIEPAY to refund you within 24 hours.
  • THAIEPAY - Thailand Payment Gateway THAIEPAY will take 1-3 days to proceed your refund.
  • And you will receive refund to your credit card depending on the processing time of your credit card company.
8+ days after your payment
  • We cannot refund to your credit card because your payment is completed by Thai bank.
  • We will refund you via Western Union or to your Thai bank account.

2. Refund via Western Union for outside Thailand Western Union (International Money Transfer)

  • Western Union is international money transfer service.
  • We will transfer money within 3-48 hours.
  • You will receive money immediately. We will email you with information of Western Union. You can receive money at Western Union near you. Please check location near you at Western Union.
  • When we transfer money via Western Union, the transfer fee is shown below.

  • If you have Thai bank account, we will refund you within 3-48 hours.
  • All Thai banks are accepted.
  • No any charge.

 

4. Refund via Cardless ATM Service (Bank of Ayudhya)

  • Cordless ATM Service at Cookies Hotel (White Sand Beach)You can receive money ONLY at ATM (Bank of Ayudhya) everywhere in Thailand.
  • Please look for ATM (Bank of Ayudhya) with YELLOW ATM machine.
  • No need any ATM card or other cards.

How to receive money:

  1. Go to ATM (Bank of Ayudhya)
  2. Press "Cardless ATM Service"
  3. Press "English" language
  4. Press "Accept" conditions
  5. Put sender's mobile number "0865300632" => Press "Correct"
  6. Put recipient code "123456" => Press "Correct"
  7. Put amount of money "1000" => Press "Correct"
  8. Receive money => Finish
